By registering, ordering or using our website you agree to the following.
RETURN - REFUND POLICY
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for another item. You may return or exchange your merchandise within 30 days, from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged merchandise must be in NEW condition and in the original box and/or packaging. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
SPECIAL ORDERS
Special ordered items will be shipped as soon as available. No returns on special ordered items.
RETURNING MERCHANDISE
Return authorization is required before you can return merchandise to us. If we receive an unauthorized return it will not be processed and it may be returned to the sender. Returns should be in the original sealed manufacturer packaging. Opened items may be subject to a restocking fee.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
If you receive defective merchandise, we will replace it at no additional cost to the customer.
PAYMENTS
Credit or Debit (Check) Cards are charged each time an order is submitted. Check Card charges may be held 2-3 days by your bank even if payment is declined.
PayPal payments should include a Confirmed (shipping) Address, or payment may not go through.
